  • Warning: Spoilers
Those who expected a dramatic conclusion from the season 3 cliffhanger will be greatly disappointed because basically it is a complete let down. Fran is upset that Maxwell has taken back what he said on the plane, claiming that it was only a case of fear because he thought they were going to die. While out for cocktails without, Fran meets the blind Jason Alexander, and of course, like Blanche on "Golden Girls" and Suzanne on "Designing Women", he can't compliment her for how she looks. It's obvious that it's not going to go anywhere but it's always good to see Jason Alexander on TV. the problem is that the plot line is rather forced because Fran and Jason's character of Jack really have no chemistry outside of witty repartee. Very little in the way of the other characters so you don't get the snark with Niles and C.C., and the kids are basically invisible here, although Sylvia has some funny lines in her one scene.
