Guest star John Astin proves he ain't Dr. Bombay. That was a different supernatural 60's sitcom character. He's a plastic surgeon whom Sylvia wants to work on her tapioca arms. Fran is upset to find out when her feet seem to have grown another size, not appropriate for her reunion with other foot models from a part of her past we didn't know about. Fran gets to fantasize about a date with Maxwell gone wrong, and even that ends up being a fantasy within a fantasy. Astin's cameo (one of two episodes) is very funny. Charles Shaugnessy gets to really show a funny vain side of Maxwell and nearly steals the episode. But it's young Madeline Zima as Gracie who walks off with it, imitating Fran and Sylvia perfectly. A fun gag from Maxwell towards C.C. also gets laughs. Funny episode with lots to remember.
