The Sopranos

Edit
First appearance of David Proval as Richie Aprile. Proval originally auditioned for the role of Tony Soprano.
The title of this episode has changed to "Toodle-...Oo" and "Toodle-F_king-Oo" for reruns, TV listings, and most subscription services since its first airing.
When the television is turned on by Livia in the hospital, the Taiwanese martial arts movie The Invincible Armour (directed by See-Yuen Ng) is seen.
The song played during the ending credits is "Viking" by Los Lobos.
The name of character Dr. Matthew Schreck in this episode is a production insider's homage to Heather K. Schreck who worked as a post-production assistant on 25 of the series' shows.
