The nightmare scene is not something horror movie worthy and everything gross is flashed quickly. It's about 10 seconds in length and you can quickly just look away if you really want to
One scene involves Cartman being blind folded and him having a horrifying nightmare. (Live footage of maggots, rats and a cut up body involving real organs are shown for a few seconds.) It is very brief, but disturbing. (A needle shown being stuck into a bloody eye is flashed for a second or two during this scene very gross)
