- The team is searching for Ford on a planet. Teyla and Sheppard are taken hostage by a stranger, while Ford tries to convince McKay that he's normal.
- Botanist Dr. Parrish finds a dead Wraith on a planet with a dangerous amount of UV radiation. Beckett does an autopsy and notices the enzyme sac has been removed, making it likely that Ford killed him. Sheppard and Teyla and McKay and Major Lorne start a search party. Both groups report they are following someone, and shortly afterwards Sheppard and Teyla are stunned. They awake in a cavern with a stranger. Meanwhile Ford stuns Lorne. He's trying to convince McKay he's perfectly normal and that his Wraith enzyme overdose was the best thing that ever happened to him. - When an expedition finds a dead Wraith on a planet during an exploratory mission, Sheppard thinks they may have located Lt. Aiden Brown. He's determined to find him and bring him back to Atlantis for treatment, even though Col. Caldwell reminds him that given the risk to all of them should Ford be captured by the Wraith, there is another alternative they should consider. While searching for Ford, Sheppard and Teyla are taken prisoner by Ronon Dex, a runner freed by the Wraith who then track him down for sport. They're leery of one another but with a common enemy, they may be able to work together.—garykmcd
- Following a likely lead to now dangerous lieutenant Ford -whom Caldlwell orders captured or killed, overruling Sheppard- from Botanist Dr. Parrish, who stumbled upon a radiation-affected human corpse, Sheppard and Teyla get captured on planet P3M-736 by Ronon Dex. They find he is a 'runner', constantly hunted by the Wraith and offer an alliance against their common enemy, but get captured by gifted warrior Dex in his cavern. Ronon luckily respects Sheppard mutually and agrees to have his tracking devise removed by Becket, only without anesthetic. Separated with marine major Evan Lorne while minding extreme UV radiation, McKay stumbles upon Ford, who rather treats him as a hostage, refusing to be taken back and treated, claiming the enzyme renders him the superior Wraith-killer.—KGF Vissers
