There's a body whose skin has been taken off its face. The muscle and blood underneath are visible. Dean fires a shotgun at a monster several times. A group of four people have a conversation about murder and screams. A scythe goes through the middle of a man's chest. It's got blood on it. A woman cuts open a man's throat. His muscles are visible and he is bleeding rapidly. She then collects his blood in a cup and stirs it with her finger while saying an incantation. Spikes protrude from the blood and spin in the cup.

There's a very realistic scarecrow in an orchard. It moves its head to follow one of the characters. It might be scary to some viewers. A girl trips over a body and it's like the skin has been taken off its face. She begins to scream loudly as a character, breathing heavily, walks toward her. Dean finds a scarecrow made from a human being. The skin has sort of mummified. A couple walks into an orchard and a shadow walks behind them. As Dean is walking out a door, a man hits him in the face with the butt of his gun. It's kind of a "jump" moment. A scythe goes through a man's chest and the monster holding it grabs the woman next to him and pulls both of them away, presumably as a sacrifice.
