Summaries

  • Colonel Adam Cook, stranded on a distant planet with no hope for rescue, learns war has killed his people back home.
  • Astronaut Adam Cook crash lands on an Earth-like planet several light-years away. His ship is badly damaged and beyond repair. He manages to contact his home base but they have little encouragement for him. They don't have a replacement spacecraft to rescue him and the security situation is such that they may soon be at war. Cook readies himself to make a home on his new world when he discovers another inhabitant, a human-like female from another world. As they learn to communicate, he learns her name is Eve Norda and together set off to begin a new life.—garykmcd
  • When the Probe 7 piloted by Colonel Adam Cook crashes on a desert planet, he contacts his base and learns that a war has just begun in his planet. Therefore, neither repair of his probe nor rescue is possible. He explores the planet and finds a woman, Eve Norda, who is also the only survivor of her planet. They baptize the planet as Earth and decide to move on together.—Claudio Carvalho, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
