Summaries

  • Pooh, who has a habit of losing things, thinks that he lost Piglet. Pooh tries to fly, but gets in trouble for breaking the Law of Gravity.

Synopsis

  • "Up, Up and Awry"

After watching Christopher Robin fly a kite, Pooh tells the others how easy it would be to get honey if he could fly. Naturally, his friends think the idea ridiculous, but soon after, Pooh (with assistance from Eeyore) attempts to fly.

When his friends find out about this, they question if 'Pooh Bears' really can fly, and go to Owl. Owl explains that the only way Pooh could fly, would be to 'break the law of gravity.' Fearful of their friend becoming a criminal, the others try to stop Pooh, but not before he ends up high in a tree attached to a kite.

Fearful that he has broken the law, his friends lock him up for his crime. However, soon everyone is upset that somehow they contributed to Pooh's delinquency, and lock themselves up too.

When Christopher Robin comes across everyone locked up, he explains that Pooh attempting to fly isn't breaking the law, it just is impossible, and lets them all out. As the gang goes on their way, Eeyore notices Pooh wandering off, and able to take small little flying leaps.
