When Danny grabs the Reality Gauntlet from Freakshow to save his family from the vat of acid at the end of the roller coaster, he pushes the red Gem of Life. But the beam of light that shoots out is yellow, and the vat of acid shapeshifts into a giant pool float filled with water, meaning he actually activated the yellow Gem of Form.
