- Mike borrows Red's van to take part in a demolition derby.
- Red tries to control his out-of-control feelings of frustration, but his inflamed temper is chafed afresh when Mike enters the Possum Van in a local demolition derby. Also, Red makes a tool belt out of old socks (but the tools fall out because Red forgot that the socks had holes in the toes), Ranger Gord wins a "gorgeous girls" calendar in the Possum Lodge Word Game (the word is "water"), Red and a few of the Lodge members visit Harold's business office in Port Asbestos to sing "Happy Birthday" to Harold for his 28th birthday, Dalton asks Red to repair his goo-covered TV remote (his frustrated wife, Ann-Marie, had tossed the remote into a big bowl of chowder when Dalton had sulkily mouthed back at her after she had fussed about his constantly flipping channels), Red demonstrates how to pave your driveway with leftover apples by using the Possum van fitted with water-filled steel 55-gallon drums as a steamroller, Red cautions "you middle-aged guys out there" against trying to improve their aging appearance ("if you look droopy and pathetic, people will expect less of you"), Red and Walter re-create the infamous "heavily-weighted bucket and overhead pulley" gag, and the Possum Lodge members narrate the tale of the Manning Triplets.
