The in-joke here is that noted Gay Porn director Chi Chi LaRue presents a Vivid VIdeo release with a no-name femme cast set in the title bar, which should be a gay leather bar, not the boring regular bar catering to hetero folks who dress up in cowboy costumes.
It's all-sex, with a nonexistent screenplay credited unfortunately to the great Sharon Kane, who does not appear in the movie. Instead we have one of Vivid's least popular leading ladies Stefani Morgan (whodat?). People have sex in the bar owned by Eric Masterson where she works. End of story.
Everyone wears boots while having sex, and even a cornball sex on a pool-table scene is included. Porn doesn't get more mediocre than this.
