A decent variation at best

If you might have somehow missed The Blue Collar Comedy Tour and the obscene amount of cultural references that have stemmed from it then you owe it to yourself to check this out. If you have seen the BCCT or it's sequel I would still recommend checking this out if for no other reason than to enjoy the styling of Ron Shock. The man has been in comedy since A-bomb drills were a part of school children's lives. He continues throughout the years to remain relevant with his social commentary through humor and absolute deadpan delivery with impeccable timing.

It is still a mystery to me how he continues to be an unknown quantity outside of the inner world of comedy.

Old material in a new packet

I personally love Ron,Bill and Jeff. I Own most of their DVD's and their Cd's, As well as both Blue Comedy tour DVD's. When i saw this DVD i got exited and tough the "gang" had gone out and made a new show again. But don't be fooled, This is just their old material wrapped in a new packet, someone is just trying to make a few easy bucks. Even though the movie is released in 2005 all the clips (around 10-12 clips around 5 min each) are from the Early 90's. If you have seen the Blue comedy tour you have seen this. All tough there are 3 other comedians in this DVD and they have a few good jokes, this DVD is promoting it self as a "Blue comedy tour" DVD. Wile its not even close to it. But if you haven't seen Ron,Bill and Jeff before you are going to have some laughs here, But are going to see them Id recommend you buy their DVD or the Blue comedy tour, and not this DVD. Becose this is just some small clips and don't show how good of comedians they really are. I was at least really disappointed, they are my all time favorite stand-up comedians and all i got form this DVD as over 10 year old clips that I've seen several times before, And it was not even their best jokes, it was just OK. Jeff had no "You might be a redneck" jokes, Bill had no "here's your sign" It might because this material is so old that they haven't started whit those "trademarks". But all in all this was a waist of time and money.
