After 17 years in prison, Assa Katz is released on condition of working with the police. His real-estate mogul brother disowns him. Assa seeks revenge by attempting to take over his brother's organization.

After 17 years in prison for murder, Assa Katz is released from prison. He has spent the last years as one of the best magpies for the police, and was release provided that he continues to work with the police. During these years his older brother has become a real-estate giant and no longer cares for his younger brother. Assa goes on a revenge spree to take over his brother's organization.
