"Unwanted" is inspired by true events, set in a village of India. Mangal Azad is an Autistic child and lone heir of Azad family who is an ardent follower of Non-Violence taught by Mahatma Gandhi. He loves his childhood girlfriend Basanti but circumstances and his simple mindedness makes him a Living Dead, Dead Lover and 'Unwanted' among his own people and world because the Village Council declares him legally dead. He embarks on a journey to tell the 'Truth' following the principles of Non-Violence, witnessing the true nature of friends and foes. He is ignored, ridiculed, attacked until he meets his own assassin.
