I've read, watched and listened to almost everything Skynyrd. Found this gem last night so of course had to watch it. Especially seeing it was Gene Odom and also based on his first book. Lots of never before seen footage and details. Loved it. However seeing Gene like that at the very end was absolutely heartbreaking :( If you are a fan of the REAL Lynyrd Skynyrd this is a must see. ( Real as in not that cover band parading around under the name Skynyrd ) I would also suggest reading all of Gene's books, watch his videos, listen to his stories, because you won't find a better, more accurate telling anywhere else.
