The producer relied on the previous success that been through the resurrection of Ertugrul, which also included some serious mistakes in its first 2 seasons , but through Osman, mistakes were unforgivable in the world of production and in the world of trainees as well.
The story and conflicts presented in first season doesn't support more than 10 hours in any case.
I watched last 10 episodes (22 hours) forwarding X2 X4 and get bored from non sense scenes.
Continuing mistakes, God !!! Kids can't do it.
Cinematography was somehow OK, Colorist is really appreciated, but total production value was really down because of non motivated scenes.
This production distorting history by minimizing its events, and creating boredom just to earn TV hours,
It's totally far of professionalism !

After watching the amazing series of Ertugrul, I was pretty hyped for this. But it's just, the quality of the story has dropped significantly. There's only 1 episode that I really loved. The dialogue is kinda cringe, the way Osman talks is just super unrealistic. The fights don't have any logic either. How exactly could and Injured Bala who can barely stand kill 4 trained Mongol or Byzantine Soldiers? It just doesn't make sense. Ertugrul also had this type of problem but it was on a significantly smaller scale. I hope Bozdag improves the quality next season, otherwise it will just be a flop

Not even close to ertugrul. Poor storyline. Season 1 was a disaster. Thought it might be better in season 2 but no improvement. Same thing happens again and again. War scenes are poor. There is still room for improvement.

I was a little skeptical from the first season. Pace was generally slower and not as exciting. But wow does this show fix itself in the second season! I'm feeling a lot of the excitement I felt while I was watching Ertugrul with the plot twists and excellent acting. Battle scenes are much larger scale and done very well. One of my favorite shows!

This show is amazing, and if people stopped comparing it to ertugrul they'd see that. osman is a character that needs time to grow. he makes mistakes, and that's okay. this show does a great job in showing that he, too, is a human being who is capable of messing up instead of some perfect soldier who never loses a fight. 11/10 would recommend

If you want to see loyalty to passions, women, money and hegemony over more lands, Hollywood's movies are yours.
If you want to see people glorify one man as a God and loyalty to the emperor, Go to Japanese and Chinese movies.
If you are impressed by dancing and long boring love stories that are away from the reality, follow Bollywood's movies.
If you are willing to see real patriotism, justice, morals, the true Islam, loyalty just to Allah, respect to women, brilliant swordsmen, real history of almost 6 centuries, dignity, and chivalry, you are supposed to be addicted to Historical Islamic Turkish movies like Ertugrul, Filinta, Alija, Kut'ül Amare, Abdulhamid, yunus Emre and Osman. This drama shows the best glory of Muslims and their scarifications. Another Thrill, Another Masterpiece But It's Just A beginning. Love and Respect to the whole Islamic world from Egypt.

This was a perfect series that based on true story. I love that series. We are muslim. Ertugrul Gazi was Osman Gazi father. Osman gazi was founder of Ottoman Empire (Osmanio Empire). He was the first sultan of Osman Empire. If you didn't watch Dirilis Ertugrul then please watch it. Then you should watch this series. Everybody should watch this series. I am sure for that if you see 10 episode continuously then you can't look anywhere outside of this...😍❤❤❤
Good series, but lacking in some areas. I'm on episode 8, and I will continue for the storyline but the quality of character acting and fight scenes are lacking. While, we probably shouldn't compare it solely to Drillis Erturgrul...we will because it is somewhat a continuation of the story. The actors quality was MUCH better in Drillis, and this series writers, directors and actors need to step it up.
I'm still a fan!

This Show is an utter waste of time and a complete insult to the intelligence of any discerning viewer. The show is an unapologetic copycat of Dirilis Ertugrul , regurgitating the same tired storylines and characters we've seen countless times before.
The writing in this show is horrendous, with one-dimensional characters and predictable plot twists that leave no room for surprise or genuine emotion. The show's production values are equally lackluster, with cheap-looking sets and costumes that look like they were thrown together with little thought or care.
Watching this series is an exercise in frustration, with a slow and plodding pace that drags on for far too long, interspersed with random, unearned moments of violence and action that fail to have any impact. It's a show that fails to capture the essence of the time period in which it is set, instead offering a cheap, watered-down version of history that does little to inspire or engage. I would strongly advise anyone looking for quality entertainment to stay far away from this sorry excuse for a series.

Season 3 is getting more and more stronger. I felt sorry for Gonche Hatun. But this will make more excited in upcoming episodes.
If you compare last 2 season, 3rd one is getting bit better.

Hi I have been watching Dirilis Ertugrul and its the best unfortunately I got disappointed with Osman as my favourite actors are missing need to bring Engin Altan Duzyatan back of this will slop.
Because this type of dramas reflects the real meaning of Muslim and Islam.

Knowing Mehmet Bozdag style with Ertugrul series, i was excited for theseries. Although at the beginning, i wasn't too crazy about the choice of the lead actor. I have to say I am incredibly impressed by Burak and his outstanding acting. A total metamorphosis. A must watch
It's a great production in a word.
I wish the continuation of your success.

I've watched Ertugrul and when the first episodes of season 1 osman came out I started watching it.. it does a good job of passing over the mantle of ertugrul to osman the only thing with osman and ertugrul that is slightly negative but has its reasons is the delay of the story... it's done to make the watch time longer but some scenes are repeated rather than changed....
Overall good.
Need more work to be better than Ertugrul, especially about the acting of the supporting roles.

Anyone who watches Ertugrul series seen himself following Osman just as he watch the new period of the same series
There is no good story and have a lot of big mistakes
But we love watch it anyway
This was a good show when it started. Even season 2 was fine and enjoyable. But season 3 is just like tom and jerry playing hide and seek. Nothing new or enjoyable. They've put characters who are just there to drag the show. They should add characters and events relating to history, not this hude and seek they are showing in season 3. Very disappointed with how the story is going. Lazy writing.
