In one scene a man pursues two thieves. They suprise him, and since they have weapons he can't run or fight. They steal his clothes and leave him naked in the field. His penis is seen for a couple of seconds. People then find him, and his penis is seen again for another second as he puts pants on that they give him. Non-sexual but still graphic nudity.

During the movies, men and children bear arms and shoot civilians. A man shaves his head and forces his hair into a woman's mouth causing her to vomit. At the end, the children OD and are stabbed; one man burns to death; and one main is gruesomely killed with a machete by the protagonist.

There is some smoking throughout the movie and much drug abuse (by children) toward the end.

The film has a gritty and serious tone. Various death/murder scenes are intense and violent.
