In a scene from Medea's movie, two recently-made zombies (having been lovers in life) passionately kiss. One proceeds to eat out the other's insides and have sex with the hole in the other's stomach (visible penetration).
Some zombies come up to Otto and proceed to touch him in a sexual manner.
There is mention of the latest zombies being attracted to men.
Medea and Hella passionately kiss on greeting each other. In the scene that follows (played for its artistic affect rather than to arouse the audience), Medea and Hella play in the graveyard, including shots of them kissing, groping the breasts and torsos of nude female statues, and one stradling the other.
A man who takes Otto home with him undresses in his room. While the man briefly leaves the room, Otto examines some items in the room, one presumably being amyl nitrite. The man re-enters, gets on top of Otto and the two of them kiss (a lot of blood coming out). The actual sex is unseen.
Otto has various flashbacks to his life with his boyfriend, one in which they are having sex (the actual contact not seen).
In Medea's film, a zombie kisses another man, then proceeding to bite him and turn him into a zombie as well. There is mention of the revolutionary zombies "f**king" men into joining (briefly seen).
Medea's film features a zombie orgy that features graphic nudity and actual contact.
Otto and Fritz have sex, visible nudity and movement, though the actual contact is only vaguely seen.
