There is one scene that could be considered mildly suggestive involving a man and a woman in bed presumably after sex. You see no nudity or the acts of love making, but it is obvious what has happened.
There are no other scenes that might be considered sexual.
The entire movie revolves around a mans attempted suicide and how his actions affected the lives of 3 people around him. The act is not seen, but it is talked about quite a lot. While this is sad, the overall tone of the movie is more uplifting rather than depressing.
The characters in this film talk politely and respectively. There are 26 times the f-word is said in various versions.
A few characters smoke but not pervasively. A few beers are drunk and once a character gets drunk.
Nothing really scary or frightening, but the talk about suicide might upset children.
