Richard visits the Inca's Valley of the Kings, and the Inka-terra organization who are pioneers of eco-tourism in Peru and have led the way in the global development of ecologically sensitive tourist projects. From there, we go to one of the most unique hotels in the world - the Skyventure Lodge. Then to the world famous Machu Picchu, where Richard visits this ancient Incan abandoned city.

Ted Turner is one of the US's largest landowners, and his Vermejo Park Ranch in New Mexico is a 600 000 acre ranch dedicated to the conservation and reintroduction of a number of endangered species. Vermejo offers a wide range of environmentally sensitive programs for visitors. Richard also takes time to visit some of the famous sites of American history along the Santa Fe trail.

Richard visits the Angama Mara Safari Lodge in Kenya, suspended high above the floor of Africa's Great Rift Valley. The Angama Mara Foundation supports many programs including, local school funding and The Rhino Project. They also go to great lengths to reduce their carbon footprint and increase sustainability. Richard also gets the opportunity to get up close and personal with a pride of lions.
