Sarpanch sees his nephew Mukund surrounded by females and scolds him as his marriage was fixed in childhood to daughter of Bhagwant Rao.When Bhagwant Rao changes his mind Mukund goes to another city to work with Mamasaheb where he falls in love with opposite neighbor Nanda whose always surrounded by her dance master Ranga and is also smitten by her beauty.Mamasaheb and his friends try to help Mukund win Nanda's love by helping him.Nanda appreciates him when he wins singing battle opposite Master.But he was just lip syncing it and Mamasaheb was singing the song.Mukund and Nanda fall in love and Master finds how Mamasaheb was behind Mukund's voice and sends goons to beat him.Mukund gets injured but Nanda still lives him as he has a clean heart.But Mukund has much bigger battle to win is to convince father of Nanda for their marriage whose none other then Bhagwant Rao.
