I was surprised to see that the entire movie is available to stream right here on IMDb.

It was a noble effort, although the plot was pretty weird. "Frank" was a over-acting a bit in the first half of the short, but was pretty convincing during the second half.

The girls did a good job, although I didn't really understand their M.O.

The music was great and fit in well with the film.

Overall, not bad, definitely worth a watch, especially since you can stream it right here on IMDb for free.

Nasty and unpleasant

This film is almost like two separate films. The first half is pretty good, as you see a lonely guy come to a quiet café where he meets a seemingly nice lady that runs the place. I enjoyed this a lot. However, I also easily guessed what was coming next thank to dozens of prior films I've seen where humans were on the menu (such as in SOYLENT GREEN, EATING RAOUL, DELICATESSEN, etc.). This was predictable, however what wasn't predictable was how unpleasant and awful the final portion of the film was. Not only is the guy killed, but the brutality and fun they had doing him in was unsettling and not the least bit entertaining. With the three films mentioned above, they took a nasty subject like cannibalism and managed to tastefully (!) present the story, whereas with LURE, it was just nasty and unpleasant.
