Goofs

In the bedroom scene between Skyler and Walt, the clothes that Skyler is folding and putting into the suitcases changes between shots from different angles.

When Jesse breaks down while Walt is attempting to lift him during the scene in the crackhouse, Walt's hand switches position from head to back several times between shots.

When Mike is carrying the bag to the living room, the direction the bag is facing switches between shots.

In the breakfast scene at the beginning, shots are alternatively showing Skyler and Walt talking and calling Flynn. After Walt pours some milk into Skyler's bowl and puts the carton down, a side face is facing towards the living room, but in a later shot the front face is facing the living room.

In the air traffic control room, one controller can be heard saying "runway seventeen". However, air traffic controllers are required to speak each number individually for the sake of clarity. In this case it should have been spoken as "runway one-seven".

Hank Schrader says that Combo had an arrest for stealing when he was 17. In New Mexico, juvenile records are sealed to the public when someone becomes an adult. However, law enforcement would still have these records and legally have full access them when investigating other crimes. Therefore, it is not a goof that the DEA can have knowledge of Combo's juvenile record after his murder since they have an open investigation of the blue meth he was selling.

When Saul's cleanup man disposes of incriminating evidence in Jesse's bedroom, Jane clearly breathes in several shots.

When Skyler backs out of the driveway away from Walt, the roadblock for the filming location is revealed in the background.

Saul's cleanup guy goes to cleanup the scene of Jane's death, when he enters the bedroom the first shot of Jane's deceased body is shown. Right before the shot changes, her corpse half-blinks.

The item that falls into Walt's swimming pool moves at very high speed and impacts the water with great violence. This would be characteristic of a dense and heavy object, not a plush toy.

Mike Ehrmantraut is careful to wear nitrile gloves while cleaning up Jesse's apartment, but he removes them before leaving, meaning he's left fingerprints on the doorknob. It's unlikely someone as meticulous as Ehrmantraut would make so clumsy a mistake. Right before he opens the door to leave, though, a glove is visible in his right hand, so it can be handed to him that he opened the door by placing the glove on the doorknob, but it would still be a continuity error, since he clearly places both gloves into the bag in the previous scene.
