Finally a good plot twist. but this is another side episode. And finally some thinking about timeline, but nothing complicated. And there is an action done by Jesse that I did not understand totally. I guess she's hiding something.
  • Warning: Spoilers
Why on earth would they only kill the older Charles Fisher and not the young one?! They had to have known that by leaving the young Charles Fisher alive, he could still play out his role in Skynet and eventually become the older Fisher. Why take that chance?!

Neither character is that stupid to leave such a gaping loose end like that. Did they really trust that he was just going to be a good person now and not become who he became?! Neither character is that naive.

The writers dropped the ball on that one at the expense of the characters because Derek and Jesse would never have made such a colossal mistake and would've ensured that both young and old Charlie Fisher were eliminated. Heck, I think even Sarah and John would've made sure of that too. It's a good episode except for that huge stupid mistake.

Ontological paradoxes unwind, they're all shallowly dishevelled and unrefined, no consequence or question, Sarah suffers from depression, it doesn't matter, so many futures yet to find.
  • I love how all the storylines are handled following the previous episode. Each one is interesting and I love this show when the writing is so on point!
