Women's breasts are seen in several scenes. Several women perform as strippers. A man's buttocks is briefly seen. A man performs gynocological "surgery" on a woman. A man performs his own castration (see Violence and Gore)

Women are tortured, and shown with bloody shirts implying that they have been tortured. Women are slapped in the face. Several bloody shootings take place. A woman is tied to an old bed, has her shirt ripped off, and is graphically whipped. A man surgically removes a woman's labia and clitoris. It is not actually shown, but the woman screams because there is no anesthetic used. A man performs his own castration. Nothing below the waist is shown, but it does show his bloody testicles as they are dropped into a jar of water.

Alcohol and cigarettes are consumed. Alcoholic drinks are laced with a "knock out" drug.
