At the beginning of the movie, Meng Chao, as a boy who dropped out of school, lives in a dilapidated cement hut. He looks at the river, and the background sound is a host who is broadcasting how lucky the boys and girls of that year were. The irony here needs no words.

The story begins with the collapse of the bridge, and outlines people who are obsessed with money and power can do what - wrapping people with cement.

The story is good, but there are still shortcomings in the filming. For example, on the rain night, the heroine and Meng Chao hid together in the shadows. When the camera was on the two of them, the conversation between Fan Wei and Zeng Meihuizi in the distance came through heavy rain, which undoubtedly did not fit the reality.

In general, this is a work that can clearly feel the serious heart of the director and screenwriter.
