There is a lot of frightening scenes including where one of the guys who has the plans for the house, slips on a baseball and falls to the ground and then got drilled in the ear or the side of the head by their rover (possessed). This is way to intense for any child under or over 14 years of age and and maybe some adults. Even I had to close my eyes during this scene.
