Francine (Francine Fournier) turns heel on the Pitbulls (Pitbull #1 (Gary Wolf) and Pitbull #2 (Anthony Durante)) by throwing powder in Pitbull #2's face and then turning her back to the camera and pulling down her skirt to reveal the word "Franchise" on her thong during the Four-Way Dance involving Pitbull #2, "The Franchise" Shane Douglas, ECW World Television Champion Chris Jericho and 2 Cold Scorpio (Charles Scaggs).
After Beulah McGillicutty (Trisa Hayes) busts open Bill Alfonso with a cookie sheet, she removes her shirt and wrestles the rest of the match in a sports bra and with her thong poking up from the top of her pants.
Kimona Wanalaya (Kristina Laum) distracts Brian Lee (Brian Harris) by "flashing" him (she was wearing a teddy), leading to Tommy Dreamer hitting Lee with a DDT and pinning him.

This DVD lives up to its title. Chairs, tables, guardrails, barbed wire, flaming branding irons, flaming tables, everything gets used here. The Terry Funk-Sabu Terry Brunk no-rope barbed-wire match was the last one ever in ECW, since ECW boss Paul Heyman didn't think it could be topped and didn't want anyone to try.
Axl Rotten (Brian Knighton) and Ian Rotten (John Williams) have a Taipei Death Match, meaning that before the match their fists were wrapped in tape, dipped in glue and then covered with broken glass. Thumbtacks are also used.
Taz (Peter Senerchia) and Bam Bam Bigelow (Bam Bam Bigelow) actually go THROUGH the ramp during their match. (An attempt to top Bigelow countering Taz's finisher the Tazmission by hurtling himself, with Taz on his back, THROUGH the ring during their match at ECW Living Dangerously '98 (1998)).
The Pitbulls respond to Francine's betrayal (see above) by Superbombing her through a table, making Francine the first woman to go through a table in an American wrestling promotion.
