Several gunfights and knife fights. Many people die with varying degrees of blood.

A man stabs two men over and over again with a scalpel. You don't see the actual knife wounds, but their clothes get covered in blood.

There are a few interrogation scenes with torture. In one, a man is hit several times. A rope is tied around his neck and he is choked almost to the point of death. Another torture scene a man breaks another persons fingers one at a time.

A slow death of a man strangling another man to death. The victim struggles until eventually he dies. Pretty violent death.

"Fuck" is used pretty much exclusively and throughout the movie, probably over a hundred. "Jesus Christ" used a few times.

There are several knife and gunfight scenes. The entire premise involves a serial killer/terrorist on the loose in a confined and locked down facility. There are a few interrogation scenes with torture as well.
