Monster and Winter horrorland's lyrics contain lots of mentions of gore including "Kill a kid, cut em' up, stuff em' up inside my... se-cre-t meat box!", despite a light-hearted and darkly comical tone.
In the Week 7 song "Stress" Pico is shown shooting many of tankman's soldiers . Blood is explicit from every shot Pico lands onto a soldier.
In WeekEnd 1 when you die as Pico, Nene throws her knife at Pico's neck, killing him. Blood is seen spewing from the stab.
In WeekEnd 1, when an exploding spray paint can hits Pico at low health, he gets very burned. However it is not too graphic and very slapstick, similar to Looney Tunes.
When dying on the song "Blazin'" A character punches another character in the testicles, causing them to faceplant the ground. Blood is shown when this happens, forming the word "Retry"
When you complete "Eggnog Erect" A cutscene plays showing a mall santa being shot in the head and faceplanting. There is no gore, but there is blood.

When week 7 loads up you get a cutscene one of the lines shows the character your battling saying hell.
In Week 5, the signs in the background say "Salads for Sex" "Crap" "LMAO" and "Junks and Shit"
When you die in week 7, the tankman will insult you. Some of the insults have vulgarities. 2 of them replace F-word with funking.
In week 7, at the 3rd cutscene, Tankman calls boyfriend/girlfriend a "cunt" 2 times. This is the most vulgar swear in the game at the moment.

There are a few scenes where there is brief sight of blood and a character (called "Monster") sings threatening lyrics, and although these songs are darkly humorous, the violent implications could be unsettling for some players.
Due to not being commerically released, the game lacks an ESRB rating, but for various reasons it would most likely receive an "M for Mature" or "17+" rating.
In Week 6, Senpai's last form transformation shows a scene where particles are exploding from his eyes and mouth, which then transforms into a red floating spirit
Some characters have scary designs that may not suitable for children
The lemon head monster says this "Eat your girlfriend" which can be frightening to some viewers.
There is a brief reference to the terrorist attacks that occurred in the united states on september 11th, 2001 in the first WeekEnd 1 cutscene.
