'Hungama' is an amateurishly made, dated and clichéd film. It pretty much is on the same line of the terrible retarded 80s Hindi commercial film except it's worse. The film lacks structure, coherency, style, and pretty much anything remotely good. The only good thing is eye-candy Rituparna Sengupta. The poor actress is cast as the typical damsel in distress. Mithun Chokroborty is irritating and what's more hilarious is that he plays Dipankar Dey's son. At 59, I don't see why anyone would want to watch him play a 30 year old. The rest of the cast does not even deserve mention. The flamboyant outfits of the lead actors is painful to the eyes. The cinematography is pathetic. The songs are truly abysmal. 'Hungama' is a waste of time.
