Some enemy's use handguns and when you shoot them pixilated red blood sprays out along side black blood

Dark black spooky figures that run at you. And at times they screech

There is implied swearing, the words are always muffled by a staticky sound so you never actually hear any swearing but it is still implied.

Some empty alcohol bottles can be picked up, not drinkable. But there is also smokable cigarettes

Medical injections are used to heal.

The game can be very scary

Most buildings are very dark inside

Lullabies are sang in the background and they slow down over time
