  • Season 1 was more than I expected. Good jokes, not boring, episode lenght is perfect. Cant wait to see the second season. But if it will be the replication of season 1 this will ruin whole the show.

First couple of episodes I was like, "hmm, its not gonna worth of my time" But after 3rd episode I changed my mind and watched it like it was a Brit cringe comedies. Then binge watched. Still, it has many flaws. A solid 6.

    Fun
A bit of intelligence and a little bit of Turkish real-life experience are all it takes to smile...

If a very good drama is sustainable, we will be happy as the audience. Those who cannot be kept are in our gursag, wishing not to live the same fate.

I haven't seen any Turkish comedy tv-series like that for years. Dogu brought a new style to Turkish comedy. Besides, there are very good observations, facts and messages about Turkish life outside of comedy.

People who cannot perceive these facts described in the film may not like the movie because actually they are leading role of those bad facts.
  • Let aside laughing, I didn't even smile a single bit. If you like Recep Ivedik, most probably you'll love this as well.
  • It is a highly entertaining mini-series depicting social and cultural background in which a renowned is born. What I like most is that jokes are embedded in Turkish cultural context, and performed by several characters those are part of it such family members, friends, relatives or esnafs instead of offering a individual performance of comedian. We laugh at awkward circumstances Dogu happens to get involved as an anti-hero. Recommend!

    Dogu
Dogu Demirkol is one of the best comedians in Turkey in my opinion. Dogu Demirkol has very realistic players. I think this series, inspired by his own life story, is worth watching. #dogudemirkol #blutv #season1.
  • I dont think that making the same jogs of the stand-up show at a serial is a good idea. There is a bona fide effort for a new kind of comedy, it can be seen. But where is the story? Where is the main rules of the script? We may forgive the awful shot. But we cannot forgive "a serial without story." Dogu has to work a lot. I hope this was not his last chance. 3 stars to some very good out of context jogs.
  • Although I have got prejudices, I just wanted to give it a chance, but what can I say... It's so much worse than I expected. Bad acting.
