In a side mission cult members are heading off to have sex. In a short cutscene film it appears that the cults high priest member continues his bloodline in a disturbing manner.

Lincoln brutally takes out some of the cult members with his fists.

A firefight takes place between Lincoln and the ensanglante at the Opera House.

A final standoff between Lincoln and the Ensanglante takes place at the sacriste sanatorium. He fights his way shooting cult members with his weapons, engages in fights by punching, stabbing with his knife, snapping their necks and knocking them out in the most extreme ways possible.

The drugs make Clay feel dizzy and weak.

There is a drug that Clay has consumes and it gives him hallucinations.

The cult scenes are very dark and intense.

This is the most darkest part of the game and has the feels of horror and unsettling disturbing settings.

Contains very strong violence, bloody scenes, strong horror and some scenes some might find disturbing.

One of the missions involves Clay investigating a cult. Most things are shown such as drugs, rituals and idols which all appear very scary and horror themed.
