A boy of about 10 is shown wearing briefs in multiple moments of the film, sometimes wearing a shirt as well.
The boy is seen urinating, unsimulated, into a sink. When he pulls down the front of his underwear, the base of his prepubescent penis can briefly be seen in the mirror. Then it shows him in profile, and his penis can be clearly seen in silhouette as a stream of urine leaks out and pours into the sink. He then shakes himself dry.
There is some yelling throughout.
A woman starts to choke while eating dinner, and there is an element of impending doom as her husband and young son try to get her help.
