A character is strapped to a bed by doctors and injected with a sinister liquid. He convulses, screams in pain and electricity goes everywhere. His skin starts ripping and blood is seen. He survives.
Contains strong bloody violence and horror.

Screaming deformed and mutating heads and faces attached to a villain creature beg a main character to kill them. Quite disturbing.
