Children are disappearing and it's up to the Data Squad to solve this mystery.
When children start to disappear, the Data Squad is called in to investigate. Upon being joined by Tsukasa Kagura (whose sister Yuma is one of the victims), the Data Squad end up having run-ins with the Mao Digimon versions of the Seven Great Demon Lords.
