If you start watching this movie with the expectation of a typical 'Utpal Dutta' comedy, you won't be disappointed. The story is about a strict police officer (Utpal Dutt), with a disciplined upbringing of his daughter Aparna (Mahua). The plot thickens and the comedy unravels when Aparna escapes before her wedding. Utpal Dutt has absolutely lived up to his fame, a sheer genius. Mahua has tried her best to act an innocent college goer, but her blank-face acting puts a brake on the flow of the movie. Robi Ghosh and Kamu Mukherjee have as usual done justice to their cameo roles. Overall, a nice comedy to watch with your family, if you are ready to ignore minor over-acting.
