  • Just binged the 6 episodes and really enjoyed them all up until the winner reveal. Do not agree with the winners that were chosen at all. How are you going to pick someone that's always WAY OVER BUDGET over someone who had substantial ROI??? I don't get it at all😡😡😡

Really liked the show, but was so confused when the winner was picked. They constantly went way over budget, did not give any wow factors in their designs, they lacked innovation and creativity. I believe it was not a fair selection. The only thing I could think of was the other two competitors were minorities. That's how I made sense of it because it really didn't make any kind of logical sense as to why the winners were chosen. Oh the other logic I have is maybe they put minorities in the challenge to gain more viewers from diverse backgrounds. I know that if there were not a mix of contestants I would not have watched, but I will not watch in the future, no matter who they put on the show. Very disappointed. HGTV misses the ball every time. Shame on you HGTV.

Not sure how they pick the winner - how the winners didn't win a single round and we're not the highest return which is what an investor wants - The criteria was very subjective and it seem to show some bias in my opinion. Don't know if I'll watch the next round if that's the way they're going to be selecting the winners.

I was so disappointed in watching this series. The Corsinis constantly nit-picked minor things that the other two teams did while applauding the generic designs of Colin and Christina. It was unfair and honestly made me angry given that the other two teams consisted of people of color. Further, Colin and Christina never won a single round! How did they take the prize?! It should have gone to Amy and Mike but I knew Colin and Christina would win from the beginning because the Corsinis constantly applauded their work while overlooking their mistakes.
  • Extremely disappointed in the outcome of this show, the judging clearly favoured people who the liked. The brothers final house was also undervalued. Overall, wouldn't watch again with the current hosts.

Colin and Christina won and I'm not exactly sure why!!!! They went wayyyy over budget, didn't have the highest returns, and Christina gives off a high class ass brat vibe. Not gonna lie! Her attitude towards other team members says a lot about her personality and it sucks!

The other teams brought in higher returns, were super fun to watch, and went above and beyond on their designs! I do understand that the brothers were not punctual BUT their renovations were amazing! Michael and Amy should've taken home the prize all things considered.

The judging was definitely biased. Won't be watching this again.
  • I love this show. The most challenging competition on HGTV. The contestants are given a budget and timelines to complete remodeling projects. It's shows a real world perspective to flipping. There are no unlimited budgets and times in the real world. You have loan interest to pay every month you are flipping. You have a lot of surprises that pop up. I've always loved the Corsini's when they were flipping and this is true of them hosting this competition. Overall a great show! Thanks HGTV.
