NBA Today is absolutely horrible, The Jump was bad too, idk why NBA shows keep getting rambling hosts but it's a problem. Rachel Nichols, Stephen A and Malika Andrews all host who like to hear themselves speak and don't offer any actual insight. Malika Andrews is the worst host I have ever seen and is so damn condescending I rarely am able to get through an episode. She's hot that's why she's the host, there's a compilation video on YouTube of NBA players getting annoyed by her, so it's not just me. The only entertainment on the show is Zach Lowe trying to speak and everyone making fun of him while he makes valid points. Perk is a joke and RJ is trying to get famous. They need to get Tim Legler on this show to break down plays and maybe it could have some legitimacy.
  • Malika Andrews is making black people hate the show. That will be bad for ESPN. She is horrible. She hate on black men. It's almost like she hates being part black. I don't know what her father did to her or her family but clearly she has a problem with black men. She has no knowledge about sports and she constantly disrespects athletes. ESPN should have apologized for she did to Jalen Rose. And trying to destroy a young boy's career before it starts in the draft. That is just being a horrible horrible human being and that is a reflection of what ESPN now is. When she finally grows up and sees what the world is truly about, she will regret hating on black men like she is. She cannot hide it. She hates herself. She wishes she was white. How ESPN is allowing this is mind boggling.
  • Malika Andrews is the most insufferable host of all time. Making her the host made the pregame and halftime show the worst thing that every happen to ESPN. I think Richard Jefferson is only there because of his contract. If he had free will he would not be on the stage with them. Bring back actual NBA players and NBA analyst to talk about the GAME of basketball and not some peppy girl talk who also think they are funny. I promise if ESPN brought in a host that the other ex NBA players respected then the show will somewhat be respectful. Kendrick Perkins, Matt Barnes, Richard Jefferson need a host who will let them talk about basketball and not be interrupted by malika Andrews.
  • I don't support this show because they are biased and most of the hosts I think they don't even watch basketball. The whole show is based on drama and supports one agenda, yas man...

Kendrick Perkins is simply saying whatever just to push his bias up front. I have never seen him tell something that is on point. In my opinion, the best thing for the show would be his leaving.. He is laughable. I loved it when JJ Redick confronted him on his racist comments on Jokic.

Stephen A. Smith is so contradictory he says whatever is good at that moment (you can watch 2 clips and his opinions are completely different but he always talks so much and in the end, he doesn't say anything smart.) Biased.

Malika Andrews, I don't know what can i say about her opinions. I think that she only likes to be on the TV screen.

There are thirty NBA teams. I have watched this show for weeks at a time and never even heard one word about Atlanta or Toronto. But, even when the Lakers are losing, we always have to hear about them and LeBron. Every episode. It just gets old. Then when social issues arise, we must endure hearing what Lebron thinks about a syrup bottle icon or his opinion of a sixty five year old photograph with and NFL owner in it. I just don't get why we can't see highlights of the Oklahoma City/Phoenix game, but we have to hear about a discussion on where Lebron might move to next season. It just gets old.

  • I enjoy the show, the panel(s), the guests - great show. Highly visible, highly paid professionals that speak for a living should, in my humble opinion, give strong consideration to setting a good example for the public, especially the younger people, in how to speak properly. Might we be leaders instead of followers and NOT choose to speak in the trendy fashion rather than the correct one? "The Warriors THEY took on the Lakers last night and ..." "LeBron HE came up big last night and scored 48, along with..." Arggg - it hurts my ears. "The Warriors took on the Lakers..." "LeBron came up big..." will suffice, unless a period (punctuation) pause is implied in speaking between the proper name (e.g. LeBron) and the pronoun (he).

Most don't do it, but it's a growing trend and Malika has embraced it. As the host, the leader, she should know better.
