Ridge wants Brooke's support in getting rid of Deacon, but Brooke stops him from throwing Deacon out. Ridge is stunned when Brooke says that Hope threatened to leave the premises if Deacon wasn't allowed to visit - and Brooke doesn't want to let Hope go. Deacon tries to explain his own intentions, but Ridge isn't hearing it. Instead, Ridge reminds Brooke of her biggest scandal - sleeping with Deacon, Bridget's husband - and becoming pregnant by him - is that something that Brooke wants to be reminded of all the time? Hope accuses Steffy of interfering with her marriage and she expresses her deepest disappointment in Liam, who doesn't seem to understand where Hope is coming from. Liam tries to make Hope see that Deacon is dangerous, but Hope says that she and only she can dictate who she can or cannot see. Hope flees back home and is pleasantly surprised by Deacon saying that Brooke actually defended him in front of Ridge. Ridge comes to Forrester and suspects that Hope isn't the only reason Deacon came back.
