If you go into the hot spring, beach, or locker room you can see characters wearing bikinis and towels

You can get a lover and kiss and sleep with them in bed

If you make a Naoko or Sakura in a swimsuit very close to the camera you can see them naked

Male characters can get in trouble for going into the girls bathroom, locker room, or hot spring

If you look under a female character's skirt you can see their panties

You can cheat on your lover by kissing someone else or asking someone else out.

If you kiss your lover in front of a teacher, you will get in trouble for PDA (public display of affection)

There are weapons such as knives, guns, bats, axes, bombs, wands, swords, and katanas that you can kill characters with

You can turn on a button that allows blood to be in the game, the blood is not realistic and looks cartoon-like.

If you get in trouble with the Sakuras they will try to shoot you with a gun

If you activate the killers by going into the garden and grabbing the Jason mask, they will kill characters with a axe and kidnap them

If you attack Bad Boy or one of the Bad Girls they will hit you a bat

If you swim in the pool and carry a npc they will say "I can't breathe" and then will drown if you don't stop swimming

You can commit suicide by injecting poison into your character, eating a pumpkin, jumping off a high building, or shooting a rocket launcher near the character's body.

You can kick people in the game (physically)

There is no profanity in the game, but characters can insult each other

You can buy wine and beer at stores

When you get in trouble, music starts playing. Either a teacher, student council, or sakura. You can get in trouble for murder, kicking, swinging weapons, kissing, destroying glass, going into girls rooms (if your male), stepping on people (if your a giant), and much more

If you turn on Zombie mode, your characters and npcs can get bitten by a zombie. However Naoko can restore you and others

The deceptions of blood, murder, death, and the music that plays when your character is in trouble or when a zombie or jason masked killer is nearby may disturb the player.

Your character and other npcs can have a "accident" by urinating on the ground, the urine is not realistic but this still can disgust players.
