  • Warning: Spoilers
I really enjoyed Great Movie Mistakes, because it was both funny and insightful, and I was really hoping there would be another mistakes revealing show soon, maybe about television. Presented and narrated by Peep Show's Robert Webb, this follow up programme, compiled with the help of film nerds, reveals many mistakes made in the biggest and most popular television shows of all time. These mistakes include costume problems, continuity errors, disappearing and reappearing props, repeated moments, spelling mistakes, changing words and numbers, unreliable extras, obvious doubles, props being unrealistic and changing colour, hair and make up problems, actors mouthing others' lines, empty hands (meant to have props), unnecessary sound effects, actors missing cues, timing issues, visible crew members, visible safety equipment, wobbling sets, changing repeated dialogue, and much more besides.

TV shows in the programme, brace yourselves and pray your favourite isn't listed (loads of mine are), include: "Friends", "Doctor Who", "Fawlty Towers, "EastEnders" Live, "The Black Adder", "Blackadder II", "Thunderbirds", "Lost", "Heroes", "The IT Crowd", "Hawaii Five-O", "Porridge", "Wonder Woman", "Blakes 7", "The Dukes of Hazzard", "Only Fools and Horses", "Knight Rider", "Star Trek: The Next Generation", "Red Dwarf", "Baywatch", "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air", "Absolutely Fabulous", "The X Files", "Frasier", "The Simpsons", "Xena: Warrior Princess", "Pride and Prejudice", "The Incredible Hulk", "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", "Jonathan Creek", "Dawson's Creek", "Sex and the City", "Will & Grace" , "Charmed", "The Sopranos", Blackadder Back & Forth, "24" , "Peter Kay's Phoenix Nights", "Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps" , "Six Feet Under", "The Office", "Band of Brothers", "Scrubs", "Smallville", "The Wire", "Little Britain", "Nip/Tuck", "The O.C.", "One Tree Hill" , "Arrested Development", "Green Wing", "Desperate Housewives", "Grey's Anatomy", "Supernatural", "Weeds", "Bones", "How I Met Your Mother", "Dexter", "Hannah Montana", "Skins", "The Tudors", "Gavin & Stacey", "Ashes to Ashes", and many, many more.

It had a good presenter, it was funny, it was informative (as I only knew two or three of the mistakes myself), and it reminds you that even the greatest TV actors, directors and other crew can make mistakes when creating their art. If you are someone that loves their television, like I do, then this is something for you. Very good!
