A few mild references
When Ethel and Ernest visit their son in the country during WW2, they take a look at the pigs in the farmyard. One pig starts visibly humping another, leading a shocked Ethel to call Raymond away from watching the pigs. Played for laughs.
In one scene, Ernest's friend Alf mentions that his wife has grown demanding, because she's "on the change", referencing menopause. He asks Ernest to come over to see his wife whilst he's out, implying that he wants Ernest to have sex with his wife. Ernest understandably refuses and continues on his way.
