There are numerous instances of nudity, including a topless woman in various fantasy sequences, as well as brief flashes of nudity/sex during dream sequences and a topless disemboweled woman.

There are extended scenes of violence and gore. This includes a scene where a police detective's brains are blown out onto a car windshield, a montage of mutilated corpses, a nude woman bloodied and ripped apart, and a woman "fellates" a machine gun before being killed.

The entire film's plot revolves around a hallucinatory drug called "Wonderland". Some characters also are depicted using cocaine.
