A character offers to buy cocaine from another, but instead of using it, opens the bag and throws the cocaine into the other character's face.

A character is briefly seen smoking, presumably a drug.

Several scenes take place at bars, and people are seen drinking.

In a bar scene, a character says that he is drinking a mixed drink, but another character tastes his drink and chides him for not having any booze. She says, "We'll fix that," and they leave the bar together.

The main character has Social Anxiety Disorder, and is mocked several times for his problem, as well as used by practically everyone around him. His treatment may upset or depress some people.
