Not Another Happy Ending is a 2013 Scottish romantic comedy drama in which Karen Gillan stars as a successful first time Scottish novelist, who develops a writer's block, when she struggles to write the ending of her 2nd novel. But, her arrogant French publisher (Stanley Weber) realizing she cannot write, when she is happy, sets out to make her unhappy, so she can overcome her writer's block and finish writing the novel, but soon begins to realize that he is falling in love with her.
