Robin's having a pleasant yet frightening dream. A suspicious door to door salesman enters the shop and, while trying to sell Robin a scarf, petrifies himself with fear and is forced to leave. Meanwhile, Penwald The Long Armed is a furry white creature who mysteriously appeared in the clock shop and had since decided to live there. Robin tries to speak to him in the dark workshop but he is hypnotized by the television static. Robin's neighbor, Candy Girl, arrives at the shop and finds Penwald but mistaken him for a cat. Rhodrick explodes outside the shop and the cats have to put him back together. One of the shops frequent customers, Mrs. Hong, arrives at the shop with a broken clock. When Robin fixes it with some old part, the clock unleashes a violent white light. No one knows what to think of it and everyone goes their separate ways. However, there is evil now lurking and waiting under their shop floors.
