No. Even setting aside the changes inevitably required in changing a book into a visual medium, and also updating the world it's set in, the changes are significant. Key 'set pieces' are missing, or are only alluded to in passing. Major characters either lack a back-story, or have it so altered as to make them completely different people. There are characters who have been included, for no apparent reason other than 'they're in the book', but without the book framework, their inclusion isn't needed To my mind, this is not a faithful adaptation, and I'm quoting the old saw - The book is better.
