Much of the following are major points in the movie and could all be considered spoiler alerts - however if you want to know how bad the content is in this category I recommend reading it.

the guy that raped the girl talks all creepy and then shoots the girl in the leg from a distance and remains hiding in the woods

a guy goes home where his abusive mom that touched him when he was little waits and yells at him, he cries to her and she verbally abuses him more... the banter goes back and forth with her yelling in his face then he raises the gun to her face and a gunshot is heard

the girls gunshot wound is shown close up after she falls while they are trying to walk home to go to hospital

at the end the guy that was abused as a kid shows very clear signs of schizophrenia and he is acting like he's still a child playing with the gun - at which point he says it's not even loaded and hold it up to his head (a gun shot is heard but nothing seen on screen)

the abused guy referred to in violence is schizophrenic due to the trauma of his childhood - he acts at timee like he's still a kid and is playing... back and forth between him being normal age and playing with a gun
